You’ll find a generous range of company-paid learning opportunities for every stage of your career, including personalized programs that earn you valuable credentials that will last a lifetime, with a new focus on AI training.

  • 65% of the Fleet participated in MerchantsiQ training programs (last 3 years); and graduates are 2x more likely to be promoted internally
  • Online and in-person programs available, including ability to earn unlimited Ivy League micro-credentials and valuable certifications starting from Day 1
  • Mentorship Program – Provides support, wisdom, and fulfillment through voluntary staff mentor/mentee pairings each year (45 pairs in 2024) plus Merchants Leadership Academy
  • Early Career ProgramsNext Gear 1-year rotation program for recent college grads, Starting Line (10-week paid summer internships), and Apprentice Technician program in partnership with local trade schools that includes scholarships. Our goal is to hire 50% of successful program participants full-time to help build the future of our fleet.
