What Your Day Will Look Like:<\/strong><\/p>\n

This position requires the ability to perform all under-carriage (steering, suspension, exhaust, tires, and brakes) without assistance and or guidance.<\/p>\n

Additional capabilities will determine the appropriate Class level<\/em>, such as the ability to perform most, or any\/all repairs required to a vehicle with minor or bare minimum assistance and guidance from a \u201csenior\u201d technician, shop foreman and\/or management when performing drivability and electrical diagnosis and repairs.<\/p>\n

Class B<\/p>\n

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician<\/li>\n
• Minimum of 3 current ASE Certifications (non-body repair)<\/li>\n
• State Inspection Certified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Class C<\/p>\n

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Technician<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 1 current ASE Certifications (non-body repair)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Strong communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands (lift up to 50 pounds, frequent standing and sitting)<\/li>\n
    • Must maintain a minimum average production level (90-105% based on your Class level)<\/li>\n
    • Must continue to keep a satisfactory driving record, as determined by Merchants, and remain eligible to be insured by the company's vehicle insurance carrier. Employee must cooperate in completing any required authorizations or paperwork for regular motor vehicle checks.<\/li>\n
    • Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record at time of hire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        As a FleetShare Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in providing onsite support to Merchants FleetShare product clients within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on delivering superior customer service and expertise in support of the FleetShare product. <\/p>\n

        Key responsibilities include: <\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Serve as the primary contact for FleetShare locations in your territory, conducting site visits as necessary. <\/li>\n
        • Act as a subject matter expert within FleetShare, sharing consultative information with clients and internal partners. <\/li>\n
        • Facilitate documentation for new or renewing FleetShare users. <\/li>\n
        • Conduct inspections for new vehicles entering the program. <\/li>\n
        • Manage rental-related inquiries, including repairs, billing, registration, and FleetShare technology access. <\/li>\n
        • Build and maintain relationships with key onsite contacts within client operations. <\/li>\n
        • Manage usage in the defined territory to increase utilization and income. <\/li>\n
        • Facilitate maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and related needs of FleetShare vehicles. <\/li>\n
        • Provide KPI reporting for the assigned territory internally and externally as required. <\/li>\n
        • Coordinate vehicle movements and material shipments within the territory. <\/li>\n
        • Handle billing for charges incurred within the assigned territory. <\/li>\n
        • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams within Operational and Technical departments. <\/li>\n
        • Troubleshoot product technology onsite as needed. <\/li>\n
        • Take on additional projects as assigned. <\/li>\n
        • Use of personal vehicle is required with travel reimbursement.<\/li>\n
        • Travel as necessary to current and future FleetShare locations within the territory of Connecticut<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Experience:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

          \n
          • Proven experience in managing deadlines and providing feedback on trends and customer challenges. <\/li>\n
          • Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record at time of hire.<\/li>\n

            • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. <\/li>\n
            • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n
            • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. <\/li>\n
            • Familiarity with telematics software is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  • Develop custom Power BI visualizations, dashboards, and reports for both client and internal use.<\/li>\n
                  • Lead the development, testing, support, and delivery of customer-facing reports to ensure portfolio needs are met.<\/li>\n
                  • Shape the future of fleet analytics through advanced modeling and analysis.<\/li>\n
