Fleet Operations Manager - Truck & Upfit Engineering
Joe serves as Fleet Operations Manager – Truck & Upfit Engineering at Merchants Fleet. He joined the company in March 2017. Joe manages the upfit process and vendors for Merchants clients, providing value by ensuring they have optimized designs to fit the needs of their fleet.
Joe has over 20 combined years of experience in the fleet industry. Prior to joining Merchants, Joe spent nine years at Donlen, where he was a truck engineer and design consultant. He is current with maintaining 24 Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) test areas and is an ASE World Class Certified Technician. He also is a Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) through the National Private Truck Council.
Joe received his associate degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Central Texas College.
