Merchants Fleet Wins 2 Gold Level Awards in 2021 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service
Merchants Fleet, the nation’s fastest-growing fleet management company, has been presented with two Gold Stevie® Awards in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
John Cail, Senior Vice President of Mobility, has been awarded the Gold Stevie ® Award for Senior Sales Executive of the Year. Cail oversees business development for the company’s Fleet Mobility business, serving the last mile delivery market, which has achieved historic heights during the past 2 years. Merchants Fleet was also awarded a Gold Stevie® for Innovation in Sales. The company was recognized for its exemplary work in managing the many challenges facing the fleet industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. — all of which resulted in historic growth in 2020.

Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements and more than 60 categories for sales and business development achievements.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.
